Donation Regulations

• Donations must be from U.S. Citizens only. No foreign nationals.
• Donations must be from individuals (no corporations). Spouses must donate separately.
• Donations must be made voluntarily and not in exchange for any advantage.
• Donations must not be reimbursed by any individual or entity.
• Donations are not tax deductible.
• Donations are limited to $3500 per election ($7000 per race, split between the primary and general elections).
• We are required to collect your name, address, occupation and employer. If you are retired, please enter the occupation from which you retired and last employer. If you are unemployed, enter "unemployed".
• Donations that are determined to not meet the criteria set forth by the Oklahoma Ethics Commission will be returned.
